Great instore help from Roman. He expertly advised on snowboard, bindings and boots. He was less sales pitch, more what will suit me and be better for ongoing use. We left the store feeling very confident in what we had purchased.

Very helpful boot fitter. Helpful staff managing a credit note. Forget checkout operator forgetting to remove gloves security tag requiring a revisit to the store. Great product selection.

As a skier, it's useful to have this in Auckland, but the pricing is up there compared to other bricks and mortar, and not even in the same game as online vendors
