Hey, I’ve recently been to Sona Sansaar, Mt Roskill, in the last couple of weeks. I was looking to buy my kids Diwali presents and I was looked after this really great staff member, Nina. I would like to say that she’s a great asset to the business. Her customer service is amazing!! She’s friendly, polite and very welcoming. Nina has the patience and makes sure that her customers walk away satisfied and happy!! Thanks so much for your great service!! I came into Sona Sansaar to buy a gift for my wife for her birthday, and dealt with Nina Tailor. She is very knowledgeable and helped me a lot in choosing the perfect gift - which my wife loves so much. Thank you very much for the great service, I would not hesitate to shop at your store again in the future.
This is probably the cheapest jewellery store to buy genuine gold in Auckland. We had quite a low budget and even managed to buy a simple 18k wedding band for just under 500. Where else can you find the price this low. Not everyone can afford Michael Hill. The only downside is they are very busy so expect to wait a while to be served.
Im very disappointed, I bought a gold anklet 22k on the 11th of February. Costed me 445, I only wore it for two weeks and it broke off and it was gone. Clearly the quality wasn’t as promised. My hard earned money gone down the drain and I’m very upset & frustrated and do not recommend getting anything from them. Also I disliked the service. I have already lodged a complaint with consumer guarantee.
Nina & Harish have been very helpful the last few times I visited the store. Their services have been honest & they deliver on a timely manner. Large store with biggest 22kt gold jewellery selection I have seen in Auckland. Also have excellent range of gem stones, diamond jewellery and reasonable prices.
