Great professional team. They listen to your requirements and your budget then make suggestions based on the information. There was no hidden costs and the installation was done efficiently and within the timeframe set. The customer service is excellent and they took the time to actually come find me in the cafe next door to talk to me about an adapter I'd need for the car rather than just surprising me with something added to the bill. I am over the moon about the new sound system. Highly recommend these guys.

I was quoted a price over the phone to have my own stereo and speakers installed into my car. I immediately agreed and booked. I brought it in and they did it fast, however at the end, they told me the price was an extra 80 over the quote. I was there the entire time but was not asked or talked to about the change in quote before they went ahead. The customer service was mostly fantastic, however more communication would’ve been amazing as I was anticipating the quote price but had to use the remainder of my savings for the changed price and I still couldn’t cover the full amount. I was left embarrassed as I’m not confrontational and didn’t say anything about it. Pretty bummed out, hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Really impressed with Stewart and the team at Sound Around. They took a genuine interest in getting my car sorted from a bodgey install done elsewhere and a bad unit. (JVC 150 in an Outlander) so I bought a new head unit from them and got it reinstalled. Excellent customer service and will be back!
