Purchased off trademe and picked up at store, easy transaction, the guy behind counter seemed abit moody....bad day perhaps, but still smile and greet customers. Would have been 5 star but service could improve.

When we entered the store we showed the man which record player we wanted (we had also previously emailed the store to see if they had it) and he handed us a box with a completely different record player on it and reassured us that it was the right one. After wrapping it up and giving it to my friend as a gift, we realised that it wasn't the right one at all. The man didn't give us a receipt so we have no idea as to how we can return it and get the one we asked for.

If you ever looking for excellent service and sound equipment I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JESSICA- GO SEE HER, ASK FOR HER SHE WILL LOOK AFTER YOU...... Why? I had problems with my previous speaker that I had for about 11 months, on and off, and she went the extra mile by delivering me a whole new unit with a new warranty. THANK YOU SO MUCH JESSICA for taking the stress, from me travelling back and forth. AAA SERVICE!!
