After chatting with the team, I purchased a headdeck which was installed for me straight away. I proceeded to drive away and the bluetooth connection was slipping and not working as expected, I came back and the team spent time with me trying to work out what had gone wrong, my phone would not connect to that particular unit (another unit was tested). We then tested another brand and things are working well!! I could have easily been told that it was just my phone and to deal with it, but they worked with me to solve the issue and fix it, super happy!

It was a very horrible experience with them today - my wife had bought an Audio system from them on 2nd July'18. Suddenly the display of the audion system blanked out. I went to get it checked with them from a reliable technican. However, without the technician checking the receptionist mentioned that the fault was there in the mother board, thats why the display is not visible & you will have to pay 120 to get this fixed. I'm more than happy to pay the money if you provide me quality service & tell me the truth. It wasnt the case during my interaction with them. But this is not how you service your customers. IMPROVE GUYS! Check out mate - this is working. You didn’t checked and directly quoted me the price. And you did not say the truth. Still you are lying in spite of accepting the mistake and saying it won’t happen again. Very shameful!

Went to Janvy in 149-151 Sunnybrae Rd they told me its my speakers and they do not stock Merc speakers I will have to order them and bring them to them to install. Got the speakers and took my car to SOUnd tech the guy that does the installation took both door panels off and tested my speakers there is nothing wrong with my speakers its about a loose wire coming from the head unit which he did not want to touch. My car was with them for 1hr whilst they checked charged me 60 I highly recommend this place. Great service and extremely honest.

Had a “Domain” head unit installed which worked fine until one day it wouldn’t switch from the loading screen meaning we could’nt use the system or play music at all. Took the car in to be checked and they said it was the “motherboard” that would need replacing and would cost a few 100 to fix. Sound Tech weren’t willing to accept fault, just cash, which is confusing considering we didn’t cause any fault the unit supplied just stopped working? Would rather give no stars as staff are quite abusive and unreasonable to deal with, do not recommend.
