After bad service in the past at South Auckland motors I have been buying our fords from North Harbour ford. I thought I would try my luck again with Manakau been closer to home. I had the worst service at South Auckland motors (manakau). I went into enquire about buying a new replacement ranger. (Not tire kicking) was directed to the so called ranger specialist. I was given absolutely zero good information, couldn't answer any of my questions. When I asked about comparison between the xlt 3.2ltr and fx4 2ltr, I was told to go and watch YouTube videos. I also couldn't even get an accurate price for any of ranger's. There was a new F150 in the show room that was sold. Asked about that, was told to look on line, couldn't even tell me were to get one. Walked out with a booklet completely blown off and not a clue how much a new ute will cost. I will keep my business with North Harbour Ford

Ford South Auckland prides itself in providing a stellar service with a car wash at the end. I spent 1900 dollars for a service and a WOF renewal.... at the end my car was not washed. May not sound like much but one would expect promises to be kept and Standards to be maintained.... May be time to give Pitt Stop a go?

Suresh Kumar, from the Parts department has been a pleasure to deal with, has in depth knowledge super friendly and also timely and consistent. I have recently purchased a vehicle, and looking for some added accessories, he really goes the extra mile to search for me and makes sure it is compatible with my exact vehicle. Have left him with some enquiries and he always gets back to me. everything has fit 100% and also cant beat OEM original parts.
