Was very disappointed with my last service on 6th dec. Dropped my car first thing and they asked me what time I need it back and I said 12pm, they mentioned they will call me when it is ready so I can pick it up since I had to go somewhere. I did not receive any call back I called them until 2pm. No one picked the phone or replied to my voice message. I just went at 3pm to pick up the car and it was ready however it was not cleaned or vacuumed which they confirmed it is part of the service when I dropped my car. So not only I waited all day for their call but when I picked it up it wasn't clean either. It was bad experience as I was late and had to clean it aswell.

Hands down Paul Whittle is one of the best sales agents I have ever worked with. Easy going, flexible, patient, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. That was very much appreciated. Buying a brand new vehicle and going through the motions of that process with Paul, he made it seem so easy. Best thing about the trade was his patient manner and helpfulness. I think wherever Paul goes, is where we will go again next :)

If it wasn't for the fact I love Mazda I would never use this place. Been getting services for the last six years. I hate having to take my car there but have no choice due to the warranty etc. They are slow. I have had to return my vehicle numerous times as things have been missed or not done right. In a word USELESS.

Imagine making a booking for 12pm for a service only to arrive and be asked "when would you like it done?" 4hrs of waiting and they still haven't started and laugh about it to your face. Avoid at all cost!

Super happy with the outstanding service especially accommodating us with our time constraints. The dude on the service desk was friendly, polite and very helpful. This visit was the third service we've had on our Ranger at South Auckland Motors Pukekohe and we won't go anywhere else!
