The girl at the counter was rude as and came across as quite judgemental but all other staff members were great!
The whole adoption process is shady at best, a complete lack of transparency and accountability. Staff are unclear on decision making process and offer no feedback. Every dog deserves a good home, and every potential new owner deserve a open and transparent selection process!
Horrible place. This animal shelter puts up a front and acts like they try to help dogs and animals when that's far from what they do, in fact it's the complete opposite of what they do. I've been behind the doors where they chain dogs up in cages with no water, food, beds, nothing, even in winter, it's a disturbing sight. They claim that they will put dogs up for adaptation if owners don't come forward but do anything to put them down instead. Horrible staff and very unfriendly. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS OR ANY ANIMALS HERE!
