I was just about to ramble on what a great customer experience we had... Until I read all the comments before me, and must I say I agree 100% and no need to add further. It was a friendly and pleasant in a neighborly manner of speaking, of a car buying experience we had. Imagine chatting re Suzukis, kids and families with Stephen in a bright Hawaiian shirt and Stephen in a tank top, on a public holiday - Auckland day. An unplanned event of course. Without any further hassle or paperwork nor conditions, we were offered a courtesy car (in mint condition) until our new car arrived the following week. Awesome new car, happy wife, happy me. Stephen, thanks mate.
