Bought a 4 year old Ford Focus from the recently opened Botany branch end of Feb. Great service from Alex.... professional, friendly and nothing too much bother. in July a small problem and Alex arranged to get it fixed at the main Manukau branch. The sales team leave you to look at the vehicles you want to consider without being in-your-face. They are knowledgeable and certainly NOT your stereotypical car sales types. I spent time to check out a number of different vehicles before sitting down for a coffee and a chat over our prefered option. Needless to say we bought what we wanted at the right price and will head back to Southern Autos without hesitation.

My whole experience with them has not been good. There is an undercurrent of rudeness especially from the lady I was dealing with to get my service done today. I tried to ignore the other incidences but today's interaction topped it off. I will not be going back for anything.
