I called them four times, send a detailed email with the dimensions for a mattress covering job. Every call they said, that I will get a quote in the afternoon, tree days in a row! So I stopped calling them and I didn't heard anything till today...

make sure you get a written quotation before getting the job done. took my father's car there, I was quoted around 200 for two small rips in driver's seat when I went to pick the vehicle up, price was 560 more than double without a warring or notification, the manager there did not even care. very disappointed.

My husband went into this business to ask a simple question about whether a pair of material/leather shoes could have one small patch fixed on each shoe. The service he received was appalling, a most abrupt rude person at the counter who quite clearly doesn't know the meaning of customer service. Will not be back with a larger job I wanted a quote on - suggest you learn a few manners. Awful person.
