Absolutely useless. Quick to sign you up and take your money, but once you signed and needed support with your services, they don't pick up your phone calls or return texts. Contact centre just passes you around to the Phillippines and back like a football and you get nowhere in the end. Hub and also call centre representatives has no idea about a product they promote on a huge billboard near the airport and everywhere on Google and their website. AVOID SPARK. I will be terminating my services as soon as I can.

Just had the worst service with this Waitakere business hub. They are time wasters and the representative also has the courage to tell you that they have 11 years of service doing this and they take pride in putting this on an email. Perhaps this hub should add a tagline #worstserviceprovider and should include a message on their phone service simply telling customers we are here to waste your time. They show no care nor admit their mistakes and they lack product knowledge and yet call them experts. The best advise to all is stay away from this hub as you waste so many hours dealing with them and they just don't care

I went to the office and spoke to people who are taking care of my change of ownership application since I realised the application i emailed for a month not being received. And,Spark contact centre referred me to another person with giving me the wrong plan due to the fact that I want to keep the same number from the previous owner. I thought that my present would help solving the problem. However, I got overcharged bill. Trying to text and call many times but no response.

WORST TELECOM Company ever, Seriously Please avoid this company. I have been with them for more then 2 years and so many issues. There customer service is appalling. I had all my business landline and mobiles on a single invoice with them to make my life easier but it was a disaster. There were so many mistakes on the bill, so many overcharges and mistakes. When I realized I have been charged for a Mobile number on my bill 24/09/2016 and was terminated on the 02/08/2017 after I called them. When asked for a refund they refused. After contacting the Head of Key Accounts Business Hub Waitakere, Spark Business they offered 50% refund saying "it is a customer's responsibility to check their statement each month and let us know of possible mistakes in good time" Because they owe me money, I did a part payment of the bill which ended up being even more messy and led to disconnection of my services with out any warnings or reminders. Now I have re-connection charges on my invoice. But worst of all is waste of so many hours dealing with this and them showing no care or not admitting the mistake by saying CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE MONTHLY BILL. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SPARK, MAKE YOUR LIFE EASY. SERIOUSLY YOU DON'T WANT THEM IN YOUR LIFE.
