Can't get too excited about a Spark store. But my recent purchase was handled with with efficiency and they did everything I asked for. It was a great experience. Don't ever expect to get that service by ringing I know from experience. But it's 10 times better than the opposition down the road the name starts with V

Friendly down to earth staff. Knowledgeable about my issues and quickly fixed them. Was advised to protect my phone and they set it all up for me. I walked out of the store happy!
Good store and good staff. It's also very well designed with some cool harry potter styled interiors. A good place to buy new cell phones, topping up your spark account, paying bills and getting your hands on some new toys/gadgets. There's a public park right outside it but that could be limited during peak hours but they have paid parking available on the top level of the building which can be accessed from the parallel street at the back.
I chose this store because of recent reviews and wasn't disappointed! Yanan could not have been more helpful, offering advice and setting up my new phone, transferring all my info etc. She was thoroughly efficient and also charming .. well done Spark Newmarket
Great customer experience, better location and no queues. They are always happy to help customers. Everytime I had been there with a problem on my phone or spark account, I always walked out happily.
