Lost my phone at beach while saving my 5 year old grandson. At Spark Manukau, Kevin Katafono offered his assistance on this matter to replace my phone. Kevin's customer service went above our expectations making our experience an unforgettable one. Our heart warmed when Kevin asked how our grandson is (grandson safe). Kevin showed that it is not always about selling a product, its about the customer. Spark Manukau should be proud to have such an employee who focuses on their customers and what they are dealing with. Thank you so much Kevin and Spark Manukau.

Hi just a quick note to the store manager af the Manukau mall store,yesterday I popped in to pay my 2x spark account bills,upon arrival to this store I was greeted by a customer service rep named Harman,his approach and dealing with me was splendid,he also demonstrated other spark products on special very well ,I would like to highly recommend him as a valuable employee to spark ,great people and great team also, regards to management ,best wishes n a very merry Christmas to all.
