They have what is called a no 'change of mind policy' got a phone case which I tried for the weekend but found it a bit clunky. Went in with the receipt and asked if I had the box, I told them that it was put on in store and I never had the box in my possession. I was told they don't accept returns without it. It's hard to accept a policy that results in a dissatisfied customer, I don't intend to get a new phone case every week in order to scam them. Not a slight on the staff they are following protocol just find it sly they don't give you the box so they can then turn around and say "you don't have the box we can't accept this."
