Fantastic service from Gary initially when i was looking to have 20 year old pool resurfaced. Competitive quote for the job but more importantly everything that was committed to was done on time and to a very high standard. We now have a great looking pool again that we are happy to show off and use a lot more than previous. Have moved valet to Sparking Pools as well now, on back of great service received for this project.

We had an emergency repair needing to be done right before Christmas. We called Sparkling pools and they came and repaired our leaking pool the same day. Very impressive, will definitely be calling them again.
I want to relate to you the most incredibly professional and multidiscipline service that I can imagine. After difficulties with the previous supplier who was well-intentioned but under resourced Grant came out At short notice within 24 hours to a new house In a slightly distant suburb. He perfectly analysed water cleaning systems, gas heater, solar heater, water flow, pumps and pool surface. He was correct on every point. His valet people became involved, same one at the same time with absolute precision. Their technical people And outside service network is first class. Some obsolete and malfunctioning plant was analysed and replaced quickly and cost effectively. Everyone has one or two negative reviews which can occur for a myriad of reasons including competitive lobbying, but I can tell you that our experience has been first class and we feel grateful for having stumbled onto Grant and his team because of the quality of service and the contribution to pool quality and lifestyle that they have managed. Thanks Grant, thanks Julia. Greatly appreciated.
Dreadful service. I rang up with a problem with my pool cleaner and Grant could not be bothered to even look at a photograph of a damage piece of equipment to offer advice. I’d give these guys a very wide birth
