I visited the shop after the New Year holiday. the staff, especially the optometrist were wonderful. Very caring and professional !

i dont know what it is but you guys need to change how you deal with calls. Ive called like 5 times on the past two days and it constantly says the line is busy. I even called just as the store opens and it still says the line is busy, ive even left a voice mail and I still havent gotten a call back an its been 2 days . like come on yall its not good for someone to call you guys multiply times and still get no call back and for the line to be that busy

Worst service ever. Ring these people atleast 4 times and spend like 15 minimum each time to get a quote for a safety glass. Finally I have to call Christchurch, riccarton branch and they sorted straight away.

Came by for an eye check and booked online. I usually do end up waiting a bit after getting there on time or early. The optometrists were friendly and helpful. They have a fair selection of glasses and the staff are friendly.

Bad Customer Service. They cancelled my appointment 3 hours before. They should give a notice 24 hours before my appointment.

Thought I would try them, NEVER AGAIN. The lenses are lose in the frames over three months and three goes they tried to fix them. One is now tight and one isn't. I pointed this out to the young lady only for her to insist this is normal. I explained , well if it was normal why had they tried to fix it for three months. I was then directed to contact the manager when she got back from holiday. I have not bothered to as do not want to be without these very expensive glasses any longer.

Pakuranga SpecSavers. Shocking customer service. I've been waiting about 6weeks for some contact lenses and twice I've had to chase them. No one has called me. Still waiting. And when my daughter was needing glasses they were in no hurry to help. Just left us to it.
