Poor Service. I was told I had to pay an upfront deposit of 60 to cover my eye test, when I questioned it " aa members are free", ohhh but you still have to pay she said. So I went else where. Now I'm getting the best service at Opsm and they even offered the eye test free.

I went there just ask how much cost for glasses. Then she said what is your name？well I asking you a question just a simple answer it. Not you asking me a question right！？She is Asian looking staff may doesn't understand what I mean.

Absolutely discussing service. My first pair of glasses were not as ordered, ie Transitions but only for reading and computer screen when I requested also to be used for tv and driving.They were sent to my address but used someone else's name. When I went back I got mixed messages as to the error made. Ended up Ihad to pay an extra 170 to correct. Why,Istill dont know.

Really helpful and attentive staff, friendly and professional from the moment I walked in and enquired about contact lenses, they sat me down and helped me pick what ones were best for my work and lifestyle and put me on a weeks trial to see what brand I felt okay with, they even ordered some in for me once the week was up and were really helpful in guiding me on how to use and look after the contact lenses and gave me heaps of helpful tips and tricks to put them in and take them out and clean them as well as hygiene practice. Now am feeling really confident and super happy that I can see clearly when walking briskly around at work(a cafe) and not having my glasses fall down my face, now that I have contact lenses to use. Thank you so much to the team at Specsavers Henderson for a wonderful, professional and friendly experience, will be recommending you to my family and friends!
