The examination was rushed you even felt rushed, and the optometrist had to be told 3x to different questions because she didnt listen to me I'll star in negative if i could, tried charging me more then was agreed, and they got the prescription wrong. Went to Optic Eyecare Pukekohe and my god 5 stars hands down, you are not rushed they want to get it right 1st time, STRONGLY RECOMMEND Optic Eyecare Pukekohe.

Fantastic service. Testing was stress free and quick. I don't like going to the optometrist after having glasses my whole life so it was a really stress free experience. Sales assistant was extremely helpful with looking at frames which were suitable for my face shape and budget, they even let me take some home over night to make sure I was happy with my favourites. Can't wait to get my new glasses.

I have been wearing contact lenses for more than 20 years now but none of my previous optometrists figure out my left eye issue where most of the contact lenses brand will not be perfectly fitted and stable for best vision except Carleton Buckley. With his expertise and patient I tried almost 4 types/brand and finally found one that perfectly for my vision. All other optometrist suggested to wear another reading glasses for better vision. I don't need any extra glasses on top of contact lenses anymore. Therefore strongly recommended to get your eyes check and test by Carleton.

Don't waste your time or money! Had the best service and correct prescription at OPMS and asked for a refund from Specsavers after going back to them multiple times. My Mum had the the worst experience a month ago as well. Was rushed and her exam was interrupted by staff constantly asking the optometrist questions. I recommended so go elsewhere.
