Definitely don't like the pushy staff who put their own coins into the machines before you can put your own in & so force you to pay more. I know how to operate the machines & do my own laundry.

I was not happy with service I went there because i live near by . I brought small Blanket for wash and dry. the staff at the counter charged extra 2dollars for folding service. i don't need the folding service but he said to me only 2dollars extra- so i paid the money and asked him what time will be done? he said do not worry i will text you. Firstly, i did not received any text ,i went to the shop just hoping for washing has been done after 5hours later Secondly my laundry did not fold even if i paid for the service. I said to him you charged me 2dollars for folding but he replied me back folding service is usually 5dollars What ?? it does not make it sense. So they charged extra 2dollars for nothing Such a crook , He did not even try to refund or say sorry to me

Absolutely love this place, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You can just drop off and pick up later. the price is better than if you do it yourself at a self service one.

This place is my last resort even though I live nearby, rather travel further for quality service, the clothes are always damp, he must be monitoring and ripping us off. And even worse my husband walked straight in there and collected what was needed and the Asian guy behind the counter on his phone or asleep didn't see him!

Not really happy with this Laundromat - not sure whether soap powder was used - I left my soap powder with them but when I got home I realised that the soap powder was still in the bag. Prices vary as well which makes me wonder why - one week it was 21 and for the same service the next week it was 29. Not going to go there again even though its conveniently close.
