Quite friendly team but not happy with the level of service ..team are counter huggers as I went in to buy a few items I was told to go get it myself "point and shoot mentality"-as team was task focused then helping customers ..in particular Santana ..maybe more focus in customer engagement eh guys

Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered through click & collect on Saturday, still not ready for collection on Tuesday. When you call tge shop, they first said that there’s no my name on the order, few days later tgey said that click & collect orders are ready in 48 business hours! But on their website it mentioned that it’s just 48 hours nit business hours! Didn’t offer any support, very rude.
