A great place to shop, especially if you're looking for something different and unique. They've a beautiful range of home decor stuff and I also noticed a wide variety of art and craft stuff that we usually don't get on other stores. Not the cheapest place but it's a good option if you're after something different or extraordinary.

Counter lady were friendly at the check out point first time in two weeks ago, no issues. Second time went in, same counter lady was a bit rude and I was ignored by her while waiting. She saw me standing there waiting for her and no other customers at that time. A minute later, Instead of talking to me, she started serving others even I was waiting for her holding the products bought before(unused with full original package unopened). Then I tried to talk to her, she asked me to go to her other colleague with impatience and it seems I did something wrong. A bit disappointed. Other colleague was really nice to help with the exchange.
Dreadful.. I just started sewing and asked for some advice. Neither of the women serving upstairs could be bothered. They were rude and unhelpful and seem to have no idea what customer service is all about. It was as if I was imposing on their time and I tried to keep a smile on my face in the hope they would warm up but no such luck Will shop elsewhere after this very unpleasant experience. I saw them treat other people the same way while I waited to be served.

It's great to stop in once & while. Just to get your essentials. That's what you need for your household, maybe your PPE gear. Or other Matters and situations if Necessary. Not to spend so much money on something you already have, OR not need!...
I watched as 4 staff members stood behind the fabric counter while I waited at the counter for assistance as they busied themselves with online orders. When I was finally attended to I asked why none of the staff came to help or even looked up while I waited at the counter? I actually went to the counter to ask for assistance so I could select fabric from the isle. A senior staff member behind the counter said 'we don't provide this service'. I have been shopping here for my fabrics before and usually there are staff who come over to ask if anyone needs help in the isle, so I don't believe that. Then when I went to pay, I watched as a customer dropped her items and left the store because there was just one staff member at the till and a line of customers. I feel the staff member who made the comment wasn't practising good customer service. I usually come here to buy my fabric so I feel the comment the senior staff made was unprofessional and quite disappointing.
Lovely store with heaps of products, but like many stores these days not many staff available to help. What staff is available is friendly and very helpful.
