Nice Starbucks spot with limited seats and table but the coffees and beverages are so good... I went this morning for the first time and I ordered a caramel chocolate macchiato... it was great... similar to those Starbucks coffee we have in America... nice and fast service and ideal for a quick coffee and a quick bite... limited options but everything is fresh always...

Worst caramel frappe ever!! It's yuck! Asked to make with less ice and more sugar, tasted like drinking frozen bitter drink from slushy machine. Also the name was so not mine that had to ask the staff if it's for me, I mean the name has no resemblance what a waste of money and time .

Starbucks coffee is the same everywhere, average. But the frappes are pretty decent. The staff at this particular move at the pace of tectonic plates. There were more staff than customers on this visit, but it took 20 minutes to get my order, a caramel frappe with a shot. It was really tasty, but I nearly just left without my drink. I watched the staff mill around and talk and while making orders looked like a sloth would startle them out of their daydreaming.

Love this place. Been a regular here for around 10 years. Have got to know and become friends with some of the crew over the years. Last night ( 17.09.20) around 4pm my daughter and I went there for a bucks and got our usual order...... Mine is a Signature choc frap. I always get it with cream and choc drizzle. We ordered and paid. Because the staff change and are sometimes not used to what I order I like to make sure they understand what it is I've ordered. So thinking it's all ok we sit down and wait..... Our order is ready and my daughter brings them to our table. Drinks are lovely however mine is missing the choc drizzle. Now that's not a problem we just go to the counter and politely request that the young lady adds the drizzle I requested and payed for. The reply was ' yep' 'but just so you know our signature drinks only come with choc powder not drizzle, if that's what you want next time ask for it.' (which we did ask for). This was directed at my daughter with attitude that I could read from my table I was seated at. The girl did as we asked but the manner was really not appropriate. This made the dining experience one we would rather have not had due to the special occasion we were there. We love Starbucks St. Luke's but I think management need to keep a closer eye on their staff and the interaction between them and their customers.
