Front desk was manned with 3 peeps. Minimal wait times Pharmacy, physio, labtest next to docs Spacious waiting room Public toilet Screen btwn staff/patient Friendly, helpful. Front parking 6 and 2 disabled Rear parking available

Why have a receptionist when they don't even answer phone calls? I've been trying to get a hold of the center to speak to a doctor to prescribe my mother her tablets for her diabetes as her repeats are finished! Even booking online to speak to a doctor is useless! Always saying no slots available and you don't have much of a choice to choose other doctors! My family has been with the center for many years and the new system isn't just working!

I have been seeing Doctor Chan at this medical centre for over 30 years now, and I have never had a bad experience here with any of the doctors or other support staff. In my opinion a high standard of service and always caring and professional. Thanks.

Had a very bad experience with an Asian receptionist she gave me the wrong advice and information. I'm not sure why she is employed.. She could give the wrong results to other people as well. I should of got her name.

After reading these reviews I felt compelled to write one of my own Dr Iain Maclean has been our family doctor for over 20 years(well before Stoddard Road Medical Centre) providing for the medical needs of 3 generations, I cannot fault the care and expertise we have received over this time which has included some quite complex issues, this includes locums and the other doctors at the centre we have been required to see when Iain has been away. I have no hesitation in recommending Stoddard Road Medical Centre to anybody requiring a family GP.

this place is an absolute joke, just moved into area and have injured my back, was told i need to go in register before i can make an appointment, so two trips with a severe back pain.

I called before going in on a Saturday to make an appointment and was informed that it was a walk in clinic. No mention of the fact that if I was not a registered member I would not be seen. So feeling ill I caught an uber there only to be told I wouldn't be seen. That would have been really nice to know when I called beforehand. The receptionist was unnecessarily rude and that's not what anyone wants when they are so obviously unwell. I will not be returning here ever again.

Friendly team of receptionists, amazing nurses and incredibly competent doctors. Conveniently located next to the pharmacy, labtest and physio. There are also plenty of parking next door. This place couldn't get any better for a GP visit!
