Indoor or outdoor, Traditional wood log or modern crystal, small or huge, You have a fireplace option to choose from. It would be good, if the staff are trained well. We got a fire and the feature list has been falsely promised.Hence a three.

We have been extremely satisfied with the service and workmanship of the whole process. Our new fireplace in Matamata is almost finished and we can't wait for a cold night to try it out. Everyone at Stoke has been very helpful and a pleasure to deal with, especially Klara who has worked with us and guided us through our entire project. We are very proud to say that we are the first to install a Spartherm fire from Stoke in Matamata! Thank you!

We are building a new home and were wanting both inside and outside fireplaces around which our builder had to pour onsite concrete. I looked at several companies but bought both from Stoke fireplace as their professional and technical assistance was superb. They spent a lot of time looking at our plans and discussing the installation with my builder and I. Also their fires give out great heat - some others on the market look good but give out little heat so make sure you get and compare heat output before you commit.

Excellent service. Great to deal with! They were more than happy to exchange the fire insert that I ordered incorrectly and did not hesitate to refund me the difference.
