Storm Rides provides a great experience! I enjoyed two visits, the first visit being a sunny day where i enjoyed an hour's test ride on a Mercane wide wheel pro dual motor and had an exhilirating time! It was my first time on an escooter and after that ride i was hooked. Once i got off the Mercane i knew straight away that it was the one for me - i just knew from feel that it was the one. My second visit was to pick up my escoot once it was ready for me and that was a great day too. I received all the advice and information i needed, and a tutorial right then and there to get the most from my new investment before i was then seen riding off from the store on my new ride with my backpack on. The Mercane Wide Wheel Pro has excellent torque! #Enjoyable experience
Finally, a fantastic place to buy electric scooters here in New Zealand. Andrew at Storm Rides presented some of the best customer service I have received in a while. Though I think their email system might be a bit slow, Andrew replies to the phone pretty quickly. These guys worked fast to ship my scooter just before Christmas too! I may not have bought the best product for me from them, but as a scooter retailer, they did everything they're responsible for perfectly. I have yet to test how far they may have your back though. I recently bought a scooter from them that I am not 100% confident in (weighing in at 90kg gives you less options when buying a scooter), so I will have to see how much help this business can provide. In conclusion, they provided fast service, a good quality product with minor shipping faults and stellar customer support.

Storm Rides is the only place to go for serious etransport devices. Between monster fat tire sit down to monster fat tire stand ups liek the Mercure Wide wheel I bought, they have the beast machines and service to go with it. Andrews a great guy, very passionate and knowledgeable.
Great company to deal with. Purchase was very smooth with excellent communication. The scooter arrived quickly and was well packaged. The product itself (2020 Mercane Wide Wheel Pro 1000w scooter) is excellent quality and has amazing performance. Well do to everyone at Storm Rides! Highly recommended.
