I was having small network issues with my medium size business, So I gave Strata a phone call. Such a delightful bunch of people to deal with. They were able to help me with everything! Not to risk sounding like I work there, but they really are great!
Solid Technical knowledge, great team of people. Large IT companies need to take stock as Strata is bringing services and support of a highest standard.

Very poor. Had one of their drivers nearly crash into me (turns out it was the Manager/Owner) at a roundabout then cut me off. Tried to claim I was not indicating and was in the wrong lane, utter rubbish. He had an obligation to approach the intersection in a manner where he could stop, he was barely able to do so and got upset that I 'had got in his way' then trying to cut me off. This guy is a bully.
