I recently purchased a car from Strong Motor. It was a direct import from Japan. In general, I don't trust car dealers and would prefer to purchase a used car from a car owner, but I had a really good experience with them. Everyone at Strong Motor was always friendly and helpful. They fixed all of the issues I had with the car before I purchased it. I did end up having a problem with the car after I purchased it, and even though I don't live anywhere near their office, they found a really good repair shop to quickly fix the problem in my local location (so now I also have a good repair shop to go to). I would not hesitate to purchase a car with them again. Thank you Strong Motor.

After reading so many reviews about this company being liars, I tend to agree! Just got off the phone to a very unhelpful Jack, who has chosen to totally dismiss a valid complaint. I have been trying to sort out my key remote, which was advertised with my swift, at the time of purchase I was told it was on its way and it would take 6-8 weeks. I was just informed today that they are not willing to front up with their obligations and expect me to pay for a remote I have been waiting for, for a VERY long time, so long in fact, they seem to have coincidentally lost any recollection of it. I have just been informed today by an angry aggressive man that a remote was supposedly given to me at the time of purchasing my swift, which is incorrect. Out of principle and after reading these terrible reviews I am thinking about taking this issue to small claims court. Would never recommend this company after my experience!
