WARNING: AVOID IF YOU HAVE A CAVALIER Took our Cavalier into Studio Hound after Bree assured me she had ample experience with the breed and wouldn't do the Cavoodle buzz. BIG MISTAKE. Our dog was clipped down (he's a long-haired breed) and suffered a number of clipper abrasions and a decent cut on the back of his ear. We wanted to give Bree the benefit of the doubt by privately emailing her but she denied the cuts happened with her and claimed there is no such thing as a Cav groom.....any Google search of the breed shows what their coats are supposed to look like. The groomer was very hostile towards us, offered no apology or refund. Would give no stars if possible
We have been going here with alfie for over two years the love the care that is given to my fur baby makes it a happy place for him to come. The women here a lovely.
Bree is a wonderfully accommodating dog groomer. Not only does Elmo always leave her studio looking perfect but he loves spending the day with the other dogs at daycare. It’s great that I can pick him up after work without having to rush, knowing he’s had a full day of play as well.
Bree is fantastic with my little Allie! She always comes back looking adorable and clean. She explains everything that I need to do to keep her in shape which is super helpful! Allie loves Bree and is always tired after a full day of play and fun! Would 100% recommend to anyone!
So wonderful to come across Bree from Studio Hound. Her dedication and kindness as she groomed our 9 month old puppy (his first real groom) was second to none. Thank you so much for your genuine care and passion for dogs. Sam looks so handsome and had a great time playing with the other dogs.
Very professional service. Have been using Studio Hound for some time. We have had a few different groomers do our dog's groom but these guys stand out by far. The level of care and styling is beyond what we trialled. You can see what the dogs get up to during the day if you follow their Instagram! Parking at the back. The studio itself might be hard to find as it's not street facing. It's behind roses alterations, but if you follow the path next to the carpark you will see the entry
Best dog groomer ever!! My fur child had some VERY questionable haircuts before I found Bree. Bree always does an amazing job, provides lots of advice, and is a lovely person. My dogs love her, and that speaks volumes more than I could ever put into words. They run to her door when we get out of the car. :)
