My family and I used to be seen at Sunset Road Family Doctors. Every time we saw a doctor, they would down play our symptoms and recommended over the counter medication. This would result in follow up appointments which were NEVER discounted (even if you were coming back for the same reason within the same week.) After multiple appointments, only then would the doctors prescribe medication to actually assist. It started to feel very predictable that I would always need to book at least two appointments to receive the medication I required. Which meant I would be spending 100 at a time just to see the doctors and get the medication I needed. I now have a 100 outstanding balance at this practice. If this only happened once or twice, I could’ve looked past it. However this would continuously happen with myself and my WHOLE family. We have tried to dispute this bill, however the practice is too money driven to look past the fact that they are in the wrong and if they just did their job properly the first time, I would not have to come back and spend more money (even though this is clearly a money making strategy.) Myself and my whole family have now moved doctors and I can truly see a difference in the level of service and understanding we receive. My new doctors even did a free telephone consultation to check in and see how my medication was going. The only call I ever got from Sunset Road Family Doctors was to settle my balance. Save your pennies and register to a different practice!!

Been here over 1 year and always have good experiences until today. Booked at 2pm with Dr Heather Murray , arrived on time but sat there waited for 35 minuets, finally I can see her but I feel she just want to finish her work ASAP. She talked fast, checked fast, printed fast, which hints that she is busy , no more questions should be asked. How careless a doctor can be? ?I went into her office at 2:35, she sent me out to check out @ 2:44, bad experience! Update on 16/04/2019 The reception are used to be 2 polite nice girls, now changed to 1 old woman and 1 middle age woman, they enjoyed chatting but ignoring patients. have decided to quite this clinic.

The doctors at this practice are empathetic and highly skilled. What I particularly like about them is their holistic and thorough approach to diagnosis. The staff is kind and courteous. Would highly recommend!

Only have one star because 0 isn’t an option. My nana was in today she has terminal cancer and Is dealing with a range of symptoms that has come with the whole ordeal. She had a booking for 10am had to wait till 10.30 to be seen because another patient was late. We were there to talk about blood test her sore throat and persistent cough and one or two other item when we got in the appointment last 10 minutes at the most a lady Tina sorted the paperwork for the blood test to be done briefly went over the cough then brought up a heart condition that never been mentioned before then when we asked about the heart condition and a few other symptoms we were told only two symptoms per appointment and we will need to make another for next week. My nan has left this place upset and a bit confused with why she can’t get the help required and some how with less info than going in. For someone with limited time already be told to come back a bit ridiculous. I personally feel a standard wasn’t meet today.

I ended up coming to this clinic because they were the only ones I phoned that could fit me in on the same day, I've now been a patient here for a few years and they are the best doctors that I have been to. I have seen a few of their doctors and one of their nurses and they were all so helpful and kind. The reception staff are also lovely.

It's taken me a long time to find a practise I like after moving. I have four teenagers and they each go to see different doctors. These doctors have taken the time to talk with us during the consultations we've had and we have had excellent experiences at this practice.

What an amazing practice. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming, making for a very pleasant experience. The service is very efficient and accommodating, I very rarely have any problems getting an appointment. I couldn't recommend this practice more.

My husband and I are new to this practice and they have been outstanding. We have been through a rough time and the practice has been very supportive and all the staff have gone above and beyond. We can not thank you enough. Highly recommend this clinic!!
