Excellent customer service, excellent variety for all price ranges. Sometimes have to wait for a salesperson to be available to assist you because it can get busy. Love their fit while you wait service too - no more waiting for the other half to get around to it!

Great store, the Manukau branch also provide vehicle diagnostics services to help identify and troubleshoot vehicle engine codes and other concerns. I think the service started from 14 but an inspection is typically free of charge. Definitely my go-to vehicle needs store because of this!
First impression GREAT enter to a happy smiling face eager to please. and the she did in my case. I asked I grabbed I bought PERFECT and I left with the item and a smile on my dial GREAT.

Great customer service and reasonable prices
I went into their store over the wknd, to get my daughter's car battery tested to see how good the battery is wither its worth charging with an actual battery charger, one assistant came out with his gadget out the carpark and tested it, he says the battery is good but it needs charging, so took his word for it, took it home all the way to the Northshore to charge but it seems like the ammeter wasn't going up anywhere to show its actually charging. But I charged it over night and took battery back to manurewa, car started well the next day car fails again, this time daughter took it to a battery place and sure enough my daughter's battery was not worth charging and was replaced with a new one. The point is the manukau branch assistants do they know their stuff??? Or know how to read
This is a good store, staff are all knowledgeable and helpful .. not just for the men there were lots of ladies in store to day
