The team who served us on Friday night 17th July were an amazing team. Charming personalities, nothing was a problem, they were exceedingly helpful and are a great credit to the store. People like that enrich the purchase experience and really stand out in an industry where lacklustre service seems to be more and more prevalent. Keep up the great work team!

Very exciting having Swanndri's own store in Auckland, unfortunately very disappointing, the one staff member sat behind the counter on his phone, said "Hi" and was back down onto his phone. Music was ridiculously loud. Totally different to queenstown store experiance. Store 3/5 Staff 1/5 Atmosphere 2/5 Customer service 1/5
