Tank Highland Park has a good staff member (that's why 2 stars) but she is always working by herself and is under resourced. This leads to her being late with online orders by a big margin and always dealing with frustrated clients. Get more resurce here or you will continue to lose customers. I was ordering 2 to 3 times a week but will be going elsewhere until this staffing issue is addressed. Hygiene needs to be addressed also in this current environment. The staff member blew into to disposable gloves to separate the plastic. Not great standard practice.

I felt the staff member on duty was poorly trained, food was packaged incorrectly, no change for a 50 note ,music to loud , service was slow, they had to ask 3 separate customers to repeat themselves. Orders were taken and paid for, yet staff still had to repeat orders while making them. Internal wall beside the counter detracted alot of what otherwise was good in there setup. Wall , gib had previous water damage and large chunks of paint were hanging off, not the ambience a brand like Tank should display. I will try another Tank in future, not meaning to be critical but my perspective of your premises as a unhappy customer.Thanks Warwick

They were having some sort of team rev up or something from a woman going over their practices but it was awkward as the customer having to get their attention and then having to stand and listen while i waited. Felt the meeting could/should have been paused and/or out of earshot. Staff arr usually lovely and accommodating, however. Sometimes drinks a little too icy but not a major complaint.

Clean and professional venue, staff are polite and produce consistently good product. New menu is well done and the locals know this, it is well patronized so your wait time is a little longer but worth it. Parking is available though it is tight and you need to be careful if backing out of carpark as the cross traffic can be merciless

Never been too a tank spot that's ran out of ingredients and notified after you've purchased This is our local so makes it worse the forget to peel stickers off fruits

Staff always carry a smile. Service is quick even though they can get very busy and the lines are very long. Conveniently located around the central area
