Usually id love a delicious smoothie that tank has to offer, and most of the time with friendly service too. However, recently they have a new girl working there, and 3 times in a row now when I went to buy a smoothie, I have been told that they are closed. The most frustrating part is I watched her serve someone after I left, and before I came there. I never thought id complain because usually there is wonderful service, but I just find it very frustrating, when all I want is to buy a smoothie, to be turned down saying that they are closed 2 hours before the mall closes, then half an hour later watch the lady serve someone else. The smoothies itself is 5 stars, as well as the usual service I recieve, but this new girls poor customor service was truly upsetting to me, and I wish someone would have a talk with her about it.

Not Happy, paid for 2 drinks went into a nearby shop because there were a few people ahead of us, attendant dint make the drinks and left sign that she was on a break and gone for 30 minutes all.of which was okay, we waited over an hour nobody came.back this is mid afternoon Saturday, the problem.is staff that don't care and an understaffed problem, my disappointment in this service from your company cannot be overstated,

First up they didn’t have avocado for guacamole greens. Then the smoothies didn’t taste right and noticed not nearly full. Then they provided salads when I asked for wraps. Then finally when I got home realised the salad wasn’t what I ordered either. This was all in one order.

Ive never had any bad service from this tank place untill 2day. The Asian looking guy who was working there had the worst customer service. Something had fell in the freezer and he took at least 5 minutes trying to fix watever it was that fell while knowing i was waiting to be served. Had to wait at least 15 minutes till i got served and his attitude was bad. Taking his time and telling another customer to wait cause he had to clean up. Not good at all.
