We walked in here and loved so many pieces of their furniture... walked out having bought 4 irems! Some prices are reasonable - some are high, but the quality on everything is top notch. Highly recommended, great shop and friendly staff too. They even have a children's play area to keep the little ones entertained while you look around.

Great choices and extremely helpful staff. But would like to really really appreciate Emma for the work she does and for being such a lovely and caring person. She went over , above and beyond her job to help us with our furniture loan so that we can go to our first house with things that we wanted. Even when we thought of giving up but she kept trying and succeeded in getting us a loan. I have never come across a person like her who has this level of passion to create a lifelong customer service experience that we will cherish. Kudos and all the best wishes to Emma and her team. Keep smiling and keep rocking. You are truly a rockstar!!

I bought my furniture from the Botany store. The service at the store was great, however dealing with customer service not so good. I am very disappointed. We were really happy with our purchase at first. The problem is when your couch has a manufacturing fault. The process is difficult. I bought my couch in June or July 2020 myself and my partner hardly used this couch. This is what happened: * I called up to get my couch replaced or repaired 28th January 2021. A guy visited the following week. * I had to follow up 3-4 times via email and phone calls to get someone to pick up my couch. pickup date 22th February 2021. * 22nd February till 27th March to repair a seam that was coming un-done. * The repair is worse than when I gave them the couch!!! The seam doesn't match its supposed to be centered with the top part instead it's off centre and you can tell its been repaired. * if you can't repair an item to look good then you should replace it with a new one. Considering we sent it back in good condition. So disappointed with the outcome, I had to follow up every time to get answers and every time I kept giving you a second chance. After all my patience and waiting I got a dodgy patch up. We had spent alot of money buying all our furniture from target, was thinking of buying more however this experience has put me completely off buying more furniture from you. I am not happy considering this should be covered under consumers gaurentees act! Be aware buying target furniture if its a faulty item its not an easy process!!!!!!! I have also put a complaint through about the repair. Not sure if they will get back to me since I had to follow up on the repair over the three months. So frustrating!

Totally shocked by my experience at Target on Ti Rakau Drive. Went in looking to buy a blanket box and was pleasantly assisted by an efficient and helpful assistant. Was walking towards another box with the assistant when she was told she must go and help at the desk then.She explained what I was looking for to him but he did not seem interested. He then asks me what I want? I said 'did you not hear the lady'.He clearly was not going to be off assistance.I remarked don't bother and walked out. So much for shopping locally. Perhaps he saved me a whole lot of money because I saw a nice dining table and chairs and was about to call my daughter to come in and have a look and get it for her.

Excellent service on phone, Bhavna suggested a better configuration for the dining table. Second purchase, very happy with the melve tv unit on the first purchase.
