I ordered all furniture from this store; more than a value of 12k. I received faulty or damaged items. First of all, what you see in the store and what you receive is not same quality or does not look the same. - the center table I received had some scratches. I called and discussed that with sales guy and they advised me to get the stain pen to fix it. I had to buy it by myself. - I received faulty bookshelf and there was colour drops on one of the shelf. I was told by the sales person to use it upside down . I had to get the replacement but replacement had another issue so I returned it. - I ordered NZ made couch worth 2800 and one of the cushion had burn mark. I was told to reverse it and use it. Upon discussing multiple times, i was told that the cushion cover is ordered and will be sent to you once ready. The manager of the store mentioned that the vendor is questioning that it might happen during the delivery or indirect blaming us that we might have caused it. Later he mentioned, we have shopped more than 6k at the store so a 40 cushion can be replaced at the store cost. What a shame and how customers are being treated. My question is, did I buy second hand furniture from Target?? I will never shop at Target again and want more furniture but don't wanna deal with them anymore.i do not recommend them either.

Unprofessional customer service. We came to the store to have a look around for things we needed for the new house we will be moving to. The staff kept coming to us saying if we need help or have questions, we said no and we will let her know if we needed anything. It didn’t stop her and she kept asking what we need every 2min to the point we got frustrated and left the shop. You should train your staff that they should ask if the customer needs help only once, and they shouldn’t bother them anymore when they say they are fine.

Had a very positive experience shopping here. The team as a whole (as well as the sales person Hamza in particular) are a very helpful bunch. One of the items was faulty but they were very quick to deliver a substitute.

Went on the 1st of December to purchase a sofa bed. The salesman gave me good service however there was a communication breakdown around the delivery date. A date was given to me at the time of purchase, and I was told that I would be given a call the day before for confirmation. The date rolled around and I received no communications from Target around the delivery date. I had to call to find out what was going on. I was told the delivery date had not been confirmed. I'm very disappointed that it's been two weeks and heard nothing about the delivery. How hard is it to give me a call and keep me up to date? Spending over 1000 dollars for this kind of service is horrendous.

Most of my furniture is from Target and I keep going back because it's good quality and I always get great service. This time was no different but my purchase didn't fit through the door of my house. Leni from the Customer Service team contacted me straight away with other couch options and had a new one delivered only a few days later. The communication was fabulous and she was patient and efficient and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The delivery guys were also amazing, very helpful, offered to set it all up for me, arrived early. Great team of people to work with, even when things dont go quite right!
