I signed on with Teagan for a 7 week hypnotherapy course tailored to address what I felt I needed including self esteem and anxiety. This came about at a very challenging time work wise which would have previously rocked me considerably. After 10 years of psychotherapy I had improved my life immensely but felt like I hit a brick wall when it came to certain thought patterns and resulting emotions. Together we delved into where these came from and addressed everything I wanted and more!! This program has been the best money I've EVER spent and I can't recommend her highly enough. I always felt completely safe and supported and our sessions were incredibly enlightening to me, I didn't have one session that I wasn't absolutely amazed by. I learnt things about myself that make perfect sense now, that this was in my subconscious and controlling my thoughts without my awareness all this time blew me away every time! During our sessions I physically felt the old emotions passing through and out of my body with the amazing techniques that Teagan used, yet never once did I feel overwhelmed or out of control emotionally. Not feeling out of control when addressing these issues was a big thing for me with my family history. I had a very strong inner critic which has quietened down to almost nothing!! I feel light and free for the first time in my life and eager to move onto the next chapter. Teagan, I can't thank you enough, there aren't enough words to express fully how much I appreciate the work we did together. If anyone is considering signing on with Teagan, don't hesitate, you won't regret it for a second.

I cannot rate this form of therapy highly enough. With commitment and trust on my part, Teagan has guided me through some truely transformational sessions. Her approach is strong and gentle at the same time. The discomfort of bringing up old pain is 100% worth the freedom of resolving it and living without it affecting my life any more. I absolutely loved my RTT session with Teagan. I'd done a RTT session prior but it wasn't that great. I was able to go much deeper into trance with Teagan and have been listening to the recording everyday and I can see the changes on me already.
