A completely horrible experience. I made a purchase on the website for items that there was plenty of stock of only to have my order immediately cancelled. Without being given a single reason for cancellation, I've had the money taken out of my account without the items. More than happy to take legal action if we don't receive the items that I have paid for. Their poor customer service team who try their best get no support from head office and it's outsourced... don't waste your money on a company that clearly doesn't care about the customer.

The most awful and worst place to deal with. They don't communicate and they just leave you in the dark. They are only nice when they need to sell products, but when you need to have it repaired, they just ignore you. I suggest you don't buy from them (the crooks) at all and buy else where. I had my Amplifier repaired for the 3rd time. i bought the amp in Aug last year and i probably had it playing in my car at least 2 months, and the other 4 months were in their hands with repairing. their policy says it takes 7 - 21 working days for repairing purpose, mine took more than 33 working days now even thought it was out of COVID situtation. AWFUL AWFUL

Overall very poor. Purchased a phone as a xmas present , has been returned to then twice now with the same problem.Both shops pretend like they dont know whats wrong with the phone.I havent recieved phone back after weeks of their technician looking at the phone yet but theyre Quick to take the money but very slow to respond to emails containing refunds. Definetly would not recommend at all.!!

Buying off these guys for the last 2 years, except one no issues at all- great pricing and products. Sales team is awesome, my last buy was a iphone 12 and a 58" TV..highly recommended

This guy I tell you really talented Went to Techcrazy for my iPhone 11 pro max not turning at all .but surprised surprised.boom I don’t believe it is back to life with my personal data as it is so recommend for good service and safe environment with timeframe.
