Some of these reviews seem very unfair. You can paraphrase most as "I dropped and damaged my phone. I took it in to get the glass replaced and that didn't resolve the other damage caused by my carelessness - and it is the store's fault"

Amazing customer service - quoted almost half the price as another laptop repair place, plus 30 minute turnaround (as opposed to the 5 days that I'd been told elsewhere). Thank you so much - if I ever have any laptop issues in the future I will be coming back to you! :)

Great service. They fixed my phone fast and it works as well as it did before. I even got some advice on why it broke, I was pressing on the screen too hard, which was very useful and appreciated.

Bought an iPhone glass screen cover from this shop for 20dollars, it chipped all around the screen within a month in more than 5 different places without being dropped. Took it in to get a refund and they told me it must have been dropped and wouldn’t refund me - pretty sure that’s illegal with the consumer guarantees act. Thanks guys.
