I had my 65" panasonic tv repaired here. However it was not repairable. The company helped me with my warranty and I get a replacement. Also appreciate help me to transport the tv to my house with small fee. One small thing i suggest is to have more communication to the customer. Thanks teletech.

I put my 55 inch TV in for repair at Teletech but it wasn't able to be repaired. Although the TV was 5 1/2 years old Teletech still passed the details to Panasonic and worked out a solution that made us very happy! Thanks Teletech, great service in a timely manner :)

Gave my brand new Philips blender for service as the speed switch was not working when set to different speed modes. They came back saying it cant be repaired and the board of the blender is corrupted and the whole board needs to be replaced. The process took about 2 weeks time to get back my blender. When i got back and disassembled myself and checked, the chord that connects to the switch was to be connected back. Such a scam claiming the board needs to be replaced. Philips needs to look into another 3rd party rather than people who are trying to scam people. I wonder how many people they may have cheated claiming wrong faults.

Very Poor communication. We had to keep following up to find out what’s going on. They told us our Tele was in east Tamaki, so we said will pick up from there. The lady on the phone said she will let the store know of our arrival. We reach there and the store tells us they sent our tv to new lynn at 8am in the morning. Terrible service. I had to drive with our new born baby all the way to east Tamaki, only to come back empty handed. Fix your customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Harvey Norman had contracted this company to repair my washing machine under warranty. Told me 30mins before they were due to arrive that the technician was sick, rebooked for another day, that day has come and technician hasn't shown up, have tried calling them numerous times and all I manage to speak with is a call centre operator in Philippines. Useless communications, service and attitude. Don't deal with them at all as they'll screw you around also. Useless company!
