Terrible product and customer service, its been months of back and forward, tickets being closed with no outcomes, RUC manager is super unreliable, installs are inconsistent, Billing is a joke.

Really disappointed in my Navman dash cam MiVue 690 Had nothing but problems since day. Had it replaced once but this one does the same thing, fails to power up most days, just sits there with a green light on it. This happens more often than not. So I would not buy another Navman product again as I would be worried it would not be reliable and could miss something important.

They do not sell to the public. Looking at their reviews here indicates they do not respond in a timely fashion, which was my experience as well (waiting weeks).
You judge! I purchased a Drive Duo. Battery is dead after a short time. Update is a joke, forget that. Bluetooth is useless. Serial will not register in website. No support at all. you are on your own. If you need a GPS device this Devise is the worst choice.
I had need of getting some replacement cables, i ordered them via Navman nz website wed morning about 10.30 am, the stock is held Aussie warehouse and were out of country come late evening. Arrived on my door step monday 1pm . Only 4 days!! Awesome service . Very happy with a no fuss transaction. Ps: they had a glitch on shopping cart to begin with, i had no trouble getting hold of them and getting it sorted asap so i could place online order.
Trying to make contact with anyone within this organisation has been a joke. Myself and members of our team have left several messages for urgent requests which we have never had a response too. If you value customer service I would think twice before engaing with this organisation for GPS tracking services.
Terrible Service, we have been a long time customer we are expanding our fleet and they never come back to calls or emails, units don't get installed when they are made available. HORRIBLE SERVICE and COMMUNICATION.
