Love the cars, was really looking forward to test drive Model X. Booked a test drive a WEEK in advance. Got a confirmation email. Then got another one the morning of the test drive. On the way there, 45 min before the test drive, I get a phone call advising that model X is not available in the country neither to drive nor to order! Seriously!? You had a week to advise me about this and you are calling me 45 minutes before the test drive!? On a Monday morning! Reading all the service related reviews - Tesla needs to do something about the Auckland's office service level.

I purchased a Model X last year. Within the first few months the automated doors failed to detect an obstacle, resulting in damage to the door. It took a long time to get anyone at Tesla to engage in the issue but I persisted. After a lot of back and forth I was finally told the issue was my fault because I didn't intervene to stop the door damaging itself. The service representative actually acknowledged the car had failed to perform correctly but said he wouldn't do anything about it because "then he would have to do it for everyone." I understood owning a Tesla would involve complications when I brought it. I presumed Tesla would provide excellent support when complications arose. This has not been the case and I consequently regret buying the car.

Had great experience there. Test drove the model 3. Impressive all round performance. Helpfull and informative people. "All in all", loved it! No 5 star because only the chasis of the S type model available for lookover in showroom, no Roadster at all either.

It was a great experience to have a test drive with Tesla Auckland. They don’t treat you differently whether you are in the market or not. Extremely friendly with professional knowledge. If you are thinking of purchasing a Tesla, definitely worth to have a test drive!

Can't say enough good things. It was a whole new experience. VERY knowledgeable agents, incredibly helpful. And the cars are a step above what I was expecting. If nothing else, go in just look.

We had an amazing experience with undertaking a test drive of Model S and Model 3. From the initial booking till end of the process it was flawless. I got a follow up all after expressing an interest to try out Tesla cars. Everything was super easy and explained very well throughout the whole process. Service was amazing and I didn't feel pushed at all for making a commitment to a vehicle. Only opportunity I noticed is that there's no customer car park at the dealership due to it being in the city. Overall a great experience from start to finish.

Incredible product positioned in a non-intimidating environment that speaks for itself. Their sales team are genuinely helpful in educating customers on Tesla’s philosophy and their cars and their invitation to test drive was very welcoming. Amazing product and service.
