Thank you Jen for the beautiful impact you’ve had on my life. I absolutely love your classes and I think it might be the single best thing to come out of this strange 2020 for me, the ability to attend via Zoom. I feel very privileged. Your classes feel so safe, inclusive and fun, something that yoga has not been for me before! The introduction to the concept of a Sankalpa has profoundly affected me. I am amazed at the difference it has made, and having that short statement to mentally repeat when things are hard has actually changed me and the way I respond to challenges in my life. I love the way you challenge me, but also remind me that yoga is not about pushing yourself to your physical limit. I love the weekly themes and the knowledge you bring to each class. You are such a beautiful person, an absolute gift. I feel very lucky to know you and to soak up the wisdom you share with the world. I would highly recommend your classes to anyone.
