It looks like a normal restaurant from the outside but the inside is a whole different story. The first thing I notice after entering was the giant moose head on the wall. After sitting down you notice that little cupboard all contain interesting items reminiscent of an old-style pharmacy. The menu is a bit different from standard cafes, with a slight Asian twist to some items. They also have the super shakes available as well, the menu on a blackboard on the wall. The food is alright. Portions are decent. I didn't particularly like the flavour of the pork belly as it was too bitter. The school prawns were good. The chocolate super shake was also really good, although they added so much candy toppings that it lasted a few days after. It did get hard to get the attention of the servers though after ordering.

Cool, funky place with a good vibe and friendly staff. Coffee was okay, a bit hot and bitter but I've been living in Melbourne where you can afford to be fussy - price and size options were great. Food was okay but expensive for what it was especially the bites basket, I wouldn't recommend that to anyone.

Envoriment nice and rustic, music a bit loud, food and service did not justify price 30% to high or improve food and service, Chips nice, crispy, soft and fluffy inside, Burger was ok to tall and hard to eat it fell apart making a soggy mess, pattie nice, bun was doughy and not much flavor, a lot of lettuce in burger, fish was nice, batter nice crispy and light, poached eggs nice, coffee nice, a Flat White and long black - service was ok if under trained with a lack of assistance unless u ask they need to have more customer 'obversation', bathrooms lacking toilet roll, lacking soap and hand drying abilities, I have been a maître d' in AK since 1990
