I had my nails done by the amazing Celine. She's so kind and friendly and really made me feel special when she did my nails. They're beautiful, creative and I'm so happy with the result! I can't wait to come back in another four weeks.

The experience itself was painful, and I recall my friend stating "Nails shouldn't be painful" yet I was in pain with how rough the lady was with my nails. A week later, I was shopping for sanitary items and my entire fingernail which I had SNS and my actual nail lifted off in the middle of the store which was extremely painful. I had to go to the doctors in which they told me that they've never had to deal with something like this beforehand and that I had to wait out for 6 months until the nail starts to grow back, they were not able to remove the full nail as this would complicate things in the future. I emailed The Art of Nails and they did not apologise, and they refused to remove the SNS for free as I have become traumatised that this will occur again. I am very disappointed with the service and the lady was extremely rude and not understanding whatsoever blaming it on me, saying its my fault the nail came off when the lady doing my nails was hurting me? All I wanted was an apology and for them to be kind enough to take them off with no charge as this is the least they could do for causing me pain and hardship for the next 6 months. Not happy with this whatsoever and very upset about this. I have had better experiences with other nail salons and although this hasn't happened before, I know with all my heart that they would treat me with more kindness and respect then The Art of Nails did. I do not recommend. Just because a place has a 'good' image to it, does not necessarily mean they will show you kindness and respect when something like this occurs.

I have been getting my nails done here for over a year now. What an amazing treat it always is. There is always a lovely relaxing atmosphere and the lovely Yumi who does my nails always does a great job. I feel like I am in safe hands. Booking online is super easy, and I love the text reminder.

A fantastic place with a real relaxing vibe that you want from a nail salon. The expertise of the team here are amazing and it is evident that they are highly skilled nail technicians. This salon was recommended to me and I now wouldn't go anywhere else. The treatment range is great and reasonably priced and so many colours to choose from...it's always a difficult decision!

The level of service is outstanding!! The ladies go out of their way to ensure you are relaxed and you are happy with your treatment. I was recommended to go here for my wedding nails and I do not regret it!! High quality & very lovely staff!

I found this fabulous place by accident and I am so glad I did! I’ve tried many nail places over the years and while the other salons can feel much like fast food outlets, this nail salon is without a doubt the best I have come across. The salon itself is professional and beautifully decorated environment. Kelly did an amazing job - one super talented lady (I had acrylic tips done with little diamanté accents). Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Waste of money, terrible service for what money you pay. I tried to resolve my issue but simply got no reply. Just save your money girls go to professionail.... the seats are comfier there too.
