Joseph and the team were friendly & helpful. Unfortunately, they built the retaining wall in the wrong place (not on the agreed stringline), missed nails from the fence palings which caused the wood to bend, and didn't properly attach the fence posts, which means that parts of the fence have broken away. It's been almost a year and despite monthly follow-ups they haven't found time to put the work right.

The Auckland Landscape Company did an amazing job transforming my yard. The work included replacing the front deck, putting in a pebble path, a new deck at the back, replacing a rock retaining wall with timber, new paving at the front, installing fencing and gates at the front/sides and a new lawn with paved mowing edge. The team were professional and friendly and understood exactly what I wanted, including additional work added after they arrived. They easily turned my wishlist into practical designs which were completed to a high quality. They worked efficiently and there were no surprises from quoting to invoicing. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.
Colin and the boys have done a fantastic job of my gardens, edging and fence. They were always professional, hard working (even in the pouring rain) and very obliging. One of the things that most impressed me was the way they left the site at the end of each day - absolutely immaculate, no evidence of any debris lying around at all. Many thanks Colin and boys for a great job.
Got them around to look at designing and building a garden.he said all the right things but never got back to me with a quote. After chasing them twice I will find another company who are reliable.
The guys from the Auckland Landscape Company did a great job on our decking project. Acted professionally at all times, great communication and we are really pleased with the result. Highly recommend!
It was a pleasure dealing with Joseph and his team. Communication around the job was excellent, and they were always polite and considerate when working on the site. I am very happy with result and would certainly look to use the team for any future job.
How do you actually get a quote out of these people. They came to have a look and were meant to get back to us with a quote. We waited 2 weeks for a quote thinking they were just busy and to give them time theni messaged asking if they had done it yet. They saw the message as the read receipt came up but ignored it. 2 weeks later i again messaged them. Same thing, no reply. Very poor service. If you didnthave time you should just reply anyway saying you are you busy. If they cant even communicate then i wouldnt recommend the work cause they would probably never turn up. Horrible service
Joseph and his team were great to deal with from start to finish. We are very happy with the result, and the kids love the new turf!
