Purchased a 25 bath thermometer from here a couple months back, When we went to test it out just before baby arrived, It wouldn't turn on. Purchased new batteries and it still doesn't work... Faulty product and because I no longer have my receipt there's nothing they can do.. Disappointed.

Poor customer service. We have been in multiple times and each time the server is either "too busy to help" or appears disinterested when the shop isnt busy, as first time parents we appreciate the help when given. But we feel more like a hassle when we ask questions or request assistance. It has so much potential to be a great store! The customer service is really letting it down.
