We recently bought a car seat for our 18 month old from the Albany Baby Factory branch, the lady who served us assured us it was an ISOFIX model and even came and checked out our car before selling it to us (400). My husband installed it into our 2nd car when we got home only to find out it wasn't securing properly (moving atleast 6 inches from left to right) and therefore we had been incorrectly advised. We therefore went to our local Baby Factory in Henderson, where the manager who was on (called Lisa) came and assisted us. She was fantastic and sorted the problem out by providing us with the right car seat. She was very helpful and went above and beyond. Very impressed, although not so much with the Albany branch.

Please train your stuff and teach them how should treat the customers and help them. I didn't surprise when I went on this weekend and saw the store was empty from customers, I think because of your stuff. Unhelpful and unprofessional at all.
