Was an amazing experience, didn’t know what i expected when i first got to my lesson. Having always wanted to create my own drinks at the bar i work, I now feel way more confident with my skills and knowledge they taught me through. shout out to T that made this experience a whole lot more chill and exciting! will always remember here as my first step towards my bartending journey :)

I have both a great review & a criticism. The review is purely acknowledgement of Tee's practice & instructing of the Bartending course. The criticism is for the owners / administrators of the Barista Academy. An absolutely amazing course and one I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get into any space within the hospitality industry. Tee is a great teacher and passionate instructor. He made the class very welcoming, smooth and an fun-atmosphere - particularly with the music which was on point. As for the administrators / owners of this company, this was not the case. I did not appreciate the unprofessionalism of their administrative dealings. Despite having paid for this course well in advance, I was emailed by one of the owners who demanded whether I was still keen to participate in the course. There was no professionalism or sincere thought put in their email. Although I felt very frustrated and angry with this email, I responded with poise, even providing a screenshot of the payment. The administrator/owner (Rachel) did not provide me the courtesy of an apology or anything, which was clearly an error on her part. If you're under the pump with work, I recommend hiring someone who can manage these administrative tasks with ease. This saves you from "attacking" or "alleging" that customers are not diligent when in fact it is a fault you failed to take on board. So aside from this unfortunate experience, Tee (the experienced bartender and teacher) compensated for the unfortunate dealings by owners of this company. Great job Tee, their lucky to have you!!

This has been the best bartending experience I could have asked for. I feel like I can walk into a bar and get a job only after 3 days. I would highly recommend this course for anyone trying to get into the industry or struggling.
