We were told by a staff member (who weren't wearing a mask) to scan, wear mask, and not touch anything in the store before we walked in because it's the rule of the store at level 2. We complied because it's for our safety as well. HOWEVER another guy arrived without mask and entered the shop without scanning the QR code. This same staff member approached him and casually gave him a warm handshake not maintaining distance, note that both are unmasked. Whether this man is the owner, friend or customer it shouldn't change the rule, but I guess rules didn't apply when they know each other in this shop, absolutely disgusting and will not recommend this shop to anyone.
